CPAN のモジュールは、モジュールの名前がしっかりしているというか厳格な感じがしていて、
他の言語に多くありがちな幻覚な名前 *1 と比較すると、そのモジュールが何の仕事をするモジュールなのかが一目でわかって良いですし、
気分的に安心して使える感じがあります。
(え、Perl も最近キラキラネームが増えてきたって？ そうだね、プロテインだね)
さて、そこで問題になってくるのは、モジュールを新たに作る際に「このモジュールは何の名前空間に所属させれば良いのだ？」という疑問に
対してどう対処するか〜な訳です。昨日ふと湧き立ち上がった疑問は以下の通り。

Otherwise, it isn't.と書いてあったので、“Net” 名前空間はプロトコルを喋る人で、“WWW” と“WebService” 名前空間はウェブサイトとやり取りをする場合に使う、
という事は分かったんですけど、「結局、WWW とWebServce、どっちを使えば良いんだぜ？」という疑問に対する回答が無くて、
いまだモヤモヤしております。
どっちを使えば良いんですかね？ どっちでも良いんですかね？
